The hotel with spotless and huge rooms, in a very convenient area, easy to reach city centre. Accommodating and pleasant staff throughout our stay. Wonderful stay, as always.

We had a big room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was great and handy, 12 miles to Auckland airport, perfectly reachable. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area not too far from the airport and close to the areas we needed to go. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, helping us with our heavy suitcases. The rooms were well-equipped with a good selection of complimentary toiletries and had excellent cleanliness.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Very obliging staff, and we were able to park a trailer too. It was a busy weekend for them, we would stay again.

The shower, water pressure was so high it was hard to control and get a nice warm shower,

the size of the unit and having a separte bedroom with options of the couches being other bedding.

the pool was dirty and un useable. a lot of dust on items such as shelving in the unit.

The room was adequate and clean with an iron and tea, coffee.

Location not far from centre of Auckland and local shops and take aways and Close to shopping centre. New building and rooms with all amenities.

The room I booked was been refurbished & are in tip-top condition and available with high temperature. Great and handy location close to everything was a plus.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near Auckland city center. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and conveniently close to the areas I needed to visit. The hotel itself was situated in a quiet and peaceful area, ensuring a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided impeccable service, attending to all of my needs. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and the attention to detail was evident. I especially appreciated the comfortable big bed that allowed me to get a restful night's sleep. this hotel offered great value for money and I was very satisfied with my stay.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

This is the second time I have booked this motel. Both times were on behalf of family members as I live in the area. The first time (July 2011) the unit was in urgent need of a clean. Worst of all though was that the bed linen was soiled and we had to ask them to change it. No apology was ever made and no offer to reduce bill when checking out. This second visit the unit was cleaner however the manager/owner was not friendly or welcoming at all. When checking out, he didn't even speak! On both occasions I found him unfriendly to the point of rude. I hope not to have to use them again. Unfortunately they were the only ones available at the time. I would never recommend them.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many amenities, such as shopping centers and sports venues, and has easy access to major motorways. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette and a full complement of crockery and utensils, as well as a fridge, microwave and cooking hob. The shower is spacious, and the pressure excellent with endless hot water.

One minor drawback is that some rooms do not provide a couch, and the curtains at the entrance may not cover the window properly, which can lead to a lack of privacy.

when our room was not ready and they had a hiccup they upgraded our room with no fuss

Good location, plenty of sky channels, air con, quiet, friendly staff.

Rooms with wxcellent kitchenette had a quiet atmosphere. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room too. The location was marvellous and handy, to supermarkets.

Spotlessly clean and huge rooms with a large double bed and television, for instance. Fast check-in, parking on-site.
